Employee Spotlight – Loveneet Kaur

We are thrilled to showcase Loveneet Kaur in our next Employee Spotlight. Loveneet has worked with Epic Opportunities since 2016, as a Direct Support Professional. Here is her reflection.

“I love helping the people I serve grow and achieve their goals. I have worked with them for many years. I’ve seen them develop, go through different challenges and succeed. It is incredibly rewarding to see a smile on their face. Epic is special because there is room for every employee to grow. The supervisors and staff are really supportive and embrace our feedback. I’m lucky to have my family, my coworkers and our coordinator as they have supported me throughout my career. My advice to someone who wants to work in this sector is don’t get discouraged about challenges at work. If you are not sure about something, it’s okay to ask for help. It will be worth it.”

Fun fact- Loveneet loves animals and spends her extra time crocheting.
